This section presents the capabilities available and the way that we perform the design and manufacture of molds for plastic injection.

We have experience in the designing and manufacturing molds for plastic injection. For example, four molds were required for the container of Udana device.

The design and manufacture of the mold involves a cross-disciplinary work with industrial designers, electronics engineers and mechanical engineers, where they have to balance aesthetic, functional and implementation aspects in one hand, and costs in the other. It is generally divided into four stages:

• Requirement analysis and product specification.
• Analysis of different design alternatives.
• Prototyping: After selecting an alternative, a 3D model is injected to adjust final details.
• Mold manufacture.
